• Account & Google Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, verified email address, and profile picture provided by Google to create and authenticate your account.
• Advertisement Content: Ad text, headlines, photos, scanned documents, affidavits, death certificates (for obituaries), or display artworks submitted for newspaper publication.
• Billing & Tax Information: Advertiser name, mobile phone number, billing address, and GSTIN (if applicable) for generating compliant tax invoices.
• Payment Transactions: Transactions are securely processed through certified PCI-DSS payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay / Cashfree / Net Banking / UPI). We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To compose, typeset, verify editorial compliance, and print your advertisement in the scheduled newspaper editions.
• To communicate publication approvals, editorial revisions, or scheduling updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• To generate official GST tax invoices and accounting records as mandated by Indian taxation laws.
• To prevent fraudulent submissions, impersonation, or unauthorized advertising.

4. Google User Data Policy Compliance

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We solely access user identity info (name, email) for authentication and do not sell or share Google user data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Public Dissemination of Advertisements

Advertisements booked through this platform are intentionally published in printed newspapers distributed across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states, as well as official epaper editions accessible to the public. Contact information, names, or addresses included inside your advertisement text become part of the public newspaper record upon publication.

6. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard TLS encryption, strict role-based editorial access, and secure database protocols. Personal details and order histories are retained as required by Indian commercial record-keeping regulations and taxation statutes.
